OnePOS is a point-of-sale system built for independent small retailers. It handles sales, inventory, customers, payments and reporting — all on your existing Windows PC with no internet required.

The software has been used by small retailers in Trinidad & Tobago for a number of years. We are now bringing it to Florida and the wider US market, starting with a Partner Programme for the first 50 businesses.

Installation is straightforward on any Windows PC (Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11).

Option 1 — Install yourself:
Download the installer from this page, run it, and follow the steps. Windows may show a security notice on first run — simply click More info then Run anyway. This is normal for new software.

Option 2 — We help you:
WhatsApp us and we will connect to your computer remotely using a secure screen-sharing tool and walk you through the full setup. Takes about 20 minutes and we will make sure everything is working before we leave.

No. OnePOS runs on any Windows PC you already have. It also works with most standard receipt printers (Epson, Star Micronics) and USB barcode scanners you may already own.

No tablets, no proprietary hardware, no expensive bundles. Just your existing Windows computer.

No. OnePOS works fully offline. Your data is stored on your own computer — not in the cloud. If your internet goes down, your business keeps running.
